Scholarly Men of FarmHouse,

  I just want to say Great Job for all of the work we put in as a house this past semester on grades! I'm happy to report that it paid off – Greek Affairs released their grade reports today. In a tie with Acacia, we took first place! If you consider both fraternities and sororities, we're part of a three-way tie with Acacia and AGD for 3rd place overall. 

  One of the most exciting parts, however, is that our semester GPA was 3.29, which is 0.07 above our own all-house average. Great work!

  Now, let's take care of business for this fall! It feels good to win, but also to improve compared to ourselves. Congratulations!
